Beta Access

Access is by invitation only. The platform is provided as-is with no guarantees of availability or functionality. Features may change without notice. No payments are processed during beta. Credits have no monetary value.

Session conduct

Show up on time. Only teach skills you genuinely have. Be respectful. Do not record sessions without consent. Do not solicit contact details or payments outside the platform.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the Edutual platform-including its design, matching methodology, credit system, tier structure, and branding- belong exclusively to Edutual. You may not copy, replicate, or build competing products using concepts, systems, or designs observed on this platform during your use or for 24 months after your account ends.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Edutual respectfully and lawfully, and you must not:

Post false or misleading information

Harass, threaten, or harm others

Upload offensive or illegal content

Attempt to disrupt or hack the platform

Use Edutual to promote or advertise without permission

Third-party links

For your convenience, our platform may include links to third-party websites. However, we do not endorse or take responsibility for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.

Termination of use

We may terminate or limit access for any user who violates our terms, acts unlawfully, or disrupts others. Immediate termination without notice may occur in serious cases.

Changes

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes to these Terms.
